  • 1. Roll Crème Puff yarn into a ball.
  • 2. Cut six 62" lengths from yarn.
  • 3. Lay all six strands next to each other, 1/8" apart, on decadent foam.
  • 4. Lay end of balled yarn across edge of six strands and needle felt down.
  • 5. Leave an 8" to 10" loop of yarn on each side. This will be the scarves uncut fringe. These loops do not need to be perfectly uniform unless desired.
  • 6. Continue weaving the end of the balled yarn back and forth, as you needle felt these yarns down across and into the six strands of yarn, leaving the looped fringe loose at each side.
  • 7. Gently lift your needle felted scarf up off the foam, move it up to the top of the foam so you can continue the same looping technique down and across the remaining strands until completely covered.
  • 8. Gently remove the scarf from the foam and needle felt the backside until it holds together as desired.
  • 9. Needle felt 8" to 10" looped fringe to both scarf ends.
