  • Assembling Tag
  • 1. Make sure front and back are identical size and that borders line up. Cut along pencil lines.
  • 2. Sandwich front and back together, aligning holes. Cut one yard six-strand floss. Starting in center of left side (yellow arrow) and leaving 8" tail, use running stitch to stitch through both pieces, following red straight stitch line on chart. (Note: When stitching right side of tag, stitch through top only, leaving end open. Stitch through both pieces when you reach corner.)
  • 3. When stitching is complete, leave 8" tail. For hanger, tie tails in slip knot; trim ends.
  • 4. Use back of business card or cut piece of stiff paper 2"x3-1/2". Insert paper in tag opening. Write names and attach to gift.
