  • 1. Sew rickrack around fabric circle edges.
  • 2. Print and cut out patterns. Cut pieces from iron-on adhesive slightly larger than ice cream, toppings, and bowls. Fuse adhesive pieces to back of solid fabrics (white fabric is cream; tan, pink, and brown fabrics are toppings and bowls). Cut ice cream pieces from fused fabrics along dashed lines. Remove backing. Fuse ice cream pieces to centers of fabric circle, following pattern.
  • 3. Use three strands brown floss to blanket stitch around outside edges of cupcake pieces. Transfer lettering; use one strand fuchsia floss to stem stitch. Use thread to sew buttons to top of sundaes.
  • 4. Cut two 3-1/4" circles from batting for each jar lid. Glue layers together around edges. Spread glue around top edge of lid and place batting circles on top of lid. Place fabric circle on lid with design centers. Wrap rubber band around side of lid to secure fabric. Wrap ribbon around side of lid and tip bow. (Note: Jar toppers may be removed for cleaning.)
