Pattern - Woodland Friends Baby Mobile

  • 1. Print out full-size patterns. Cut animals from cardstock as indicated on patterns; outline with black marker. Add black marker eyes and colored pencil shading along lines, using silver or gray pencil for white pieces. For reverse, flip patterns and repeat. Refer to photo to adhere pieces together using glue stick; do not adhere front and reverse sides.
  • 2. Cut five 5"-lengths of yellow ribbon. Sandwich ribbon between front and reverse sides of animals; adhere together using glue stick. Adhere other end of ribbon to hoop, spacing animals evenly. (See page 70 for photo.)
  • 3. Cut four 36"-lengths of yellow polka dot ribbon. Adhere one end of each ribbon around hoop using craft glue, spacing evenly between animals. Gather all four loose ribbon ends and knot 11" above hoop. Knot again approximately 15" above hoop. Tie yellow ribbon bow; adhere to lower knot using craft glue.
  • 4. Cut several leaf shapes from light green and dark green cardstock; embellish with marker and colored pencils. Adhere leaves to hoop.
