Dab Tiny Background stamp with Shell Pink Paint Dabber, stamp tin, and let dry. Spray tin with Matte Finish; let dry. Stamp "Cherish" on tin using Jet Black StazOn ink. Use dye ink to stamp Betty image onto ivory cardstock scrap; use water brush and Adirondack dye ink pads to watercolor image. Heat set ink, cut out, and cover with Inkssentials Crackle Accents; set aside. Cut small swirl from pale pink cardstock using template or die-cutting system. Ink swirl with Perfect Medium ink pad and dust with Raspberry Sparkle and Perfect Gold Perfect Pearls pigments. Lightly mist swirl with water, then tap with handle end of paintbrush to add texture. Let dry. Use Inkssentials Matte Accents to adhere Betty and swirl to tin. Adhere mulberry paper flowers. Use fingertip to spread small amount of Matte Accents around design area, then sprinkle with Calypso BeaDazzles bead mixture. Dot flower centers with yellow glitter glue.
