Materials

  • Cardstock (Stampin’ Up!): Whisper White; Barely Banana; Real Red; Certainly Celery
  • Blue chipboard tag
  • Blue rhinestone brad (Stampin’ Up!)
  • Red/white polka dot ribbon
  • Paper blossoms (Prima): yellow; blue; red

Tools

  • Stamp sets: Oliver and Friends (Sassafras Lass); Absolutely Fabulous sentiments (Stampin’ Up!)
  • Ink pads: Whisper White Craft Stampin’ Pigment (Stampin’ Up!); Aspen Mist and Red Magic VersaMagic Dew Drop pads (Tsukineko)
  • Stampin’ Write Markers (Stampin’ Up!): Old Olive; Basic Black; Barely Banana
  • Liquid Pearls White Opal Paint (Ranger)
  • Circle punches (Stampin’ Up!): 1”; 1-1/4”
  • Dimensional adhesive dots
  • 1. Cut white cardstock to 5-1/2"x8-1/2"; score and fold in half. Using photo as guide, cut red and green cardstock pieces and adhere to card as shown.
  • 2. Stamp white cloud on red block. Color tree branch stamp with green marker, breathe on ink to re-moisten and then stamp branch on green block.
  • 3. Tie ribbon around card front. Use black ink to stamp sentiment on chipboard tag; adhere to card with rhinestone brad. Adhere flowers to card; dot centers with White Opal paint.
  • 4. Ink top half of owl image with red ink and bottom half with blue; stamp onto white cardstock. Turn 1" circle punch over so image will be visible and punch out owl. Color owl's belly yellow. Dot eyes with paint. Mat stamped circle on 1-1/4" yellow cardstock circle using adhesive dots. Adhere to card.
