  • 1. Sometimes creating just the right gift is intimidating and time consuming, but it doesn't have to be! By using a printed pattern, a Scalloped Oval Nestabilities die (Spellbinders), and assorted crystals and silver beads, you can easily create a set of these stunning ornaments. Die cut two scalloped ovals from one patterned paper and two from a coordinating or contrasting pattern. Fold each oval in half lengthwise. For a perfectly even fold, use a Scor-Pal to score fold lines. Fold along scored lines, then align the scallops and glue them together, patterned sides out. Just before gluing the fourth side, slip a beaded wire into the center of the fold line, then adhere. For hanger, create a loop at the top of the bead wire and attach a pretty silk ribbon.
