  • Die-cutting system and dies: 2-1/2” scalloped circle, Papertrey Ink Button Card Die Set

Basic Supplies

  • paper trimmer, sewing machine, paintbrush, sandpaper, paper towels, paper plate, newspaper (to cover work surface)
  • Note
  • 1. Keep blocks out of reach of small children; blocks are for décor purposes only and can present a choking hazard.
  • Baby Blocks
  • 1. Lightly sand each block and paint edges; paint each block different color. Let dry.
  • 2. Using photos as guides, cover top, bottom, and sides of each block in coordinating papers.
  • 3. Embellish all six sides of each block with assorted Pocket Pages cards (trimmed or die cut as desired), stickers, paper scraps, buttons, brads, and rhinestones. If using brads, insert into paper before adhering to block surface. Thread buttons with Scrapper's Spool floss before adhering to surface for added texture.
  • 4. On one side of one block, adhere ribbon across paper background, add chalkboard "You Are So Loved" sticker, and tie loopy bow and adhere to block. Add button or brad to bow center. See top block in main image.
