  • Ceramcoat Perfect Highlight: Red (Delta)
  • Matte spray sealer
  • Paintbrushes: angular, 1/4”, 3/8”; round, #2; liner; small scruffy
  • Stylus

Pattern - Shoe Polish Tin Santa Ornament

  • 1. Follow manufacturer's instructions to apply Glass & Tile Medium to tin. Paint tin bottom Rookwood Red; outer rim and side of lid Camel; shade Honey Brown. Paint top circle Light Avocado.
  • 2. Print and cut out pattern. Transfer design.
  • 3. Paint: face Flesh Tone; beard Buttermilk; mustache Light Buttermilk; hat cuff and pom-pom Toffee; hat Rookwood Red; eyes and mouth Lamp Black; lower lip Shading Flesh; pine branches Sable Brown; pine needles Evergreen and Celery Green.
  • 4. Shade: face Shading Flesh; beard Toffee; hat cuff and pom-pom Sable Brown; hat Black Plum. Dry brush cheeks Rookwood Red; dot nose Flesh Tone. Use Lt. Buttermilk to paint hair, highlight cuff, pom-pom nose, beard (beside face), and dot eyes and cheeks. Highlight hat with Perfect Highlight Red. Dot hat and paint hash marks on beard Toffee. Dot berries Rookwood Red. Apply sealer. For hanger, thread ribbon through hole; knot.
