  • Indoor/Outdoor Paint (Krylon): Satin Almond
  • Americana Acrylic Paint (DecoArt): French Grey Blue
  • Prismatics cardstock (Prism Papers): Butter Cream
  • Flat lace ribbon
  • Crystalina Hot Fix Crystals, 6mm (Kandi Corp): Crystal


  • Rubber Stamp Sets (Cavallini & Co.) Birds & Nests; Paris
  • Fluid Chalk Ink Pads (Clearsnap): Creamy Brown; Dark Brown; Ice Blue
  • Professional Touch Hot Fix Applicator (Kandi Corp.)
  • Zip Dry Paper Glue (Beacon Adhesives)
  • Rough-grit sandpaper
  • Small paintbrush
  • Optional: Computer and printer
  • 1. Cut 8"x10" rectangle from Butter Cream cardstock. Use computer to print sign. Use Dark Brown ink to stamp: bird and branch images up both sides of paper and along bottom edge; Eiffel Tower image in bottom right. Use Creamy Brown ink to stamp postmark images. Use Ice Blue ink to stamp crown and stamp images. Glue flat lace to left side of panel. Use Professional Touch Hot Fix Applicator to apply crystal along edge of lace.
  • 2. Remove glass from frame. Spray paint frame two coats of White, letting dry between coats. Spray frame two coats Satin Almond, letting dry between coats. Lightly sand. Dry brush sanded areas French Grey Blue, using paper towel to remove excess paint. Let dry, and lightly sand again to distress. Replace glass and insert stamped panel.
