  • 1. Cut metal sheeting slightly larger than mold. Tape metal embossing sheet to mold to prevent slippage.
  • 2. Working on a mouse pad or foam, use stylus to trace all lines of pattern to emboss. Start with smallest stylus and work up to larger tools. Use larger tool for retracing lines to better define design.
  • 3. Turn sheet over onto foam surface.
  • 4. Use Paper Thumb to rub between indented lines to emboss spaces between lines in other direction, adding dimension to design.
  • 5. When embossing is complete, fill back of design with spackle. Let dry.
  • 6. Cut a piece of chipboard to same size as mold. Wrap and glue embossed piece around chipboard. Let dry.
  • 7. Paint front with desired color. When dry, lightly sand for a distressed look.
  • 8. Cover back with felt. Use Crop-A-Dile to punch hole in top of ornament. For hanger, thread ribbon through hole and knot ends.
