Sew cut ends of ribbon lengths symmetrically to both sides of button shanks and buttons to shoes. Dab glue around button shanks to secure them to shoes.

Sew across folded ribbon lengths close to cut edges, joining them together. Pull thread to gather ribbon. Sew ribbon lengths together at ends to form flower circle. Sew bead to each flower center. Sew flowers to stem ends. Spot glue stitching to secure flowers to shoes.
