Pattern - Rustic Angel Ornament

  • 1. Print and cut out patterns. Cut two bodies and two wings from fabric. Using 1/4" seam allowance, indicated by dotted pattern lines, sew or glue layers right sides together. Leave small opening on one side of each piece for stuffing. Clip curves and turn pieces right side out. Stuff shapes and sew openings closed.
  • 2. Thread bead onto chenille stem and chenille stem through moss. Bend chenille stem into hook, apply glue to end, and glue back into top of bead to create head. Insert stem into neck of stuffed body, trimming as needed.
  • 3. Sew wings to body at each "X" as indicated on pattern, catching chenille stem in stitching to secure.
  • 4. Uncrinkle 10" to 12" of paper ribbon and make 3"-wide bow as shown. Secure center of bow with twist tie and glue to front of body. Glue dried flowers into center of bow.
