Materials

  • White acid-free cardstock
  • Bear With Us Inc.: Puffy Domino Shaped Glass Pendant, 2”x1”; Tray for Large Glass Domino; Round Puffed Glass Pendant, 1-1/2”; Tray for 1-1/2” Circle Pendant
  • Black ribbon necklace

Tools

  • Permanent ink pens: fine (.01), medium (.03), thick (.05)
  • Plaid Mod Podge Dimensional Magic

Basic Supplies

  • scissors, pencil, rubbing alcohol, circle compass
  • 1. For rectangle design, use fine pen to draw several irregular horizontal lines 20-25% larger than rectangular pendant. Use images as guide when creating your own design.

  • 2. For circle design, use fine pen and compass to draw cluster of offset circles 20-25% larger than circular pendant.

  • 3. Outline design with fine pen and fill in black background areas with medium or thick pens.

  • 4. Position rectangular pendant over design area. Trace around edges using pencil; cut out. Position design inside rectangular tray. Repeat for circular pendant.
  • 5. Remove inked design. Wipe glass pendant and tray with rubbing alcohol.
  • 6. Squeeze small amount of Dimensional Magic into trays. Position designs into each tray. Add more Dimensional Magic over top of designs. Position glass pendant onto tray and press lightly. Use damp paper towel to clean up excess glue. Let dry overnight. Attach to ribbon necklace.
