QC: Beguiling Bead Garland

  • 1/2” to 3/4” Wooden beads
  • Wooden Beads
  • Charlie Brown Tree

Tools

  • Skewers
  • Krylon Interior-Exterior Paint in Flat White
  • Shallow tray
  • Latex gloves
  • Colors/finishes Krylon spray paints
  • Paper towels
  • Beading string
  • 1. Customize your own one-of-a-kind beaded garland in your favorite color scheme. Simply thread 1/2" to 3/4" wooden beads onto skewers, leaving small space between beads. Spray all sides of beads with Krylon Interior-Exterior Paint in Flat White. When dry, fill a shallow tray with water. Wearing latex gloves, spray surface of water with desired colors/finishes of Krylon spray paints. Quickly roll skewered beads in paint on water surface until covered. Let dry for 5-10 minutes, then pat with paper towels to remove water droplets. When completely dry, remove beads from skewer and string onto beading string to desired length. Save those extra beads for gorgeous necklaces and bracelets.
