Directions

Friend Card

  • 1. Cut 7-3/4”x10-1/2” raspberry cardstock panel; score and fold in half. Cut 4-3/4”x7-1/4” black gloss and 4-1/2”x7” white pieces.
  • 2. Use black embossing ink to stamp Sherrie on white cardstock; heat emboss with black powder. Mask image; stamp Sherrie on scrap paper, cut out just inside outline and adhere over embossed image.
  • 3. Apply tape over masked image. Stipple Raspberry ink over exposed card front. Layer additional tape and stipple Currant. Layer tape and stipple Pool. Carefully peel away all tape. Re-tape and stipple additional Pool highlights. Remove mask.
  • 4. Die cut “Friend” from black gloss paper and adhere to inked panel; mat panel on black gloss and adhere to card.

Thanks Card

  • 1. Cut 7-3/4”x10-1/2” red cardstock panel; score and fold in half. Cut 4-5/8”x7-1/8” currant and 4-1/2”x7” white pieces.
  • 2. Repeat Friend Card Steps 2 and 3, using appropriate products. Stipple Watermelon ink, followed by Red Pepper, then Currant. Stipple additional Currant highlights.
  • 3. Rub on large “T” with enclosed applicator. Use waterbrush to blend Currant ink into uncolored lines; stipple entire card with Watermelon and “t” with Currant for added color. Remove mask. Use waterbrush to blend color into Sharon image.
  • 4. Rub on “thanks” as shown; adhere panel to card.
