- Microwave safe bowl
- Parchment Paper
Baking Instructions for Cookies
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Sift together first four ingredients in small bowl. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and extracts; whip until fluffy. Add in cranberries and almonds. Slowly add in flour mixture until firm dough forms. Place walnut-sized balls on parchment-lined baking sheets and bake approximately 11 minutes or until just lightly golden. Cool completely and drizzle with Orange White Chocolate Drizzle.
Instructions for Drizzle
- 1. Heat all ingredients in microwave safe bowl on medium heat until fully melted. Place in small zip top baggie, snip corner off of baggie and pipe drizzle onto cookies. Allow to cool prior to serving.
