If using lightweight paper or cardstock for hat brim, adhere to coordinating color cardstock before cutting out shapes for added strength.

1. Measure height of each container and cut themed cardstock accordingly to wrap entire outer container for hat. Adhere using double-sided tape.

2. Embellish hat with coordinating solid color cardstock. Cut strip of solid cardstock to desired height and adhere around bottom for hatband using double-sided tape. Punch out stars from white cardstock and adhere onto hatband using glue stick. Adhere rhinestones randomly around hatband as shown.

3. Add 3-4” to round container diameter for hat brim. Cut out circle and adhere to bottom of container using adhesive. Fill with snacks, plastic utensils, candy or other treats.
