Materials

  • Cardstock: white, black, brown print
  • Lara’s Crafts Wooden Bowling Pin, 4”
  • Craft foam: orange, red
  • Feathers: yellow, orange, green, red
  • Copper wire, 18-gauge, 5” length
  • Brown gingham ribbon, 6" length

Tools

  • DecoArt Americana Acrylic Paint: Lamp Black, Sable Brown
  • API Crafter’s Pick The Ultimate! Glue

Basic Supplies

  • scissors, black marker, paintbrush

Project Instructions

Pattern - Tom the Turkey Place Marker

  • 1. Print out full-size patterns. Cut patterns from craft foam. For tag, cut 1-3/4"x1" panel from print paper; adhere to 21/8"x1-1/4" black paper panel. Cut 1-3/4"x3/4" white paper panel; write name on center and adhere to tag.
  • 2. Paint bowling pin Sable Brown. Dip end of paintbrush handle into Lamp Black; dot eyes. Adhere beak, wattle, and feet to turkey. Wrap ribbon around neck; knot and trim ends for tie. Adhere feathers to back bottom of turkey.
  • 3. Curl end of wire length forming double circle. Adhere straight end of wire into back of turkey. Insert tag into wire holder.
