"Tee"rific Dad Gift Jar

Materials

  • Clean, recycled candle jar (Yankee Candle)
  • Red Alphabet Tilez (Junkitz)
  • Chipboard coaster (Gin-X)
  • Dusty Basic Dingbrads (Around the Block Products)
  • Red rub-on lettering (Lil’ Davis Designs)
  • Lime chipboard alphabet (Heidi Swapp for Advantus)
  • Green/white striped ribbon, 1/2”, 2/3 yd. (May Arts)

Tools

  • Zip-Dry Paper Glue (Beacon Adhesives)
  • Hole punch, 1/8”
  • Golf tees to fill jar
  • 1. Clean and dry jar; fill with tees.
  • 2. Adhere lime letters to center of coaster to spell "TEE." Insert parentheses brads around "TEE" and fasten at back of coaster. Apply red rub-on letters to spell "rific" and red tiles to spell "dad".
  • 3. Punch one hole in each side of coaster; use clear adhesive to attach center of coaster to jar. Thread ribbon through holes, around container, and tie in a bow; trim ends.
