Beaded Christmas Bracelet

Materials

  • Silver metal beads: round, 6mm, two; daisy spacers, 8mm, 12
  • Red matte finish round beads, 8mm, six
  • Red/white/green square lampwork glass beads, 12mm, three
  • Green/red candy cane cylinder lampwork glass beads, 11mm, two
  • Silver findings: crimp tubes, 2mm, two; toggle clasp
  • Beadalon 19-strand Beading Wire, 8” length

Tools

  • Wire cutters
  • Crimping pliers

Basic Supplies

  • ruler
  • 1. Cut 8" length of wire.
  • 2. String one crimp tube 1/2" onto beading wire, followed by one half of clasp. Pass end of wire back through crimp tube. Ensure crimp tube is snug against clasp; crimp tube using crimping pliers. Cut excess wire close to crimp using wire cutters.
  • 3. String one silver round bead onto wire.
  • 4. String one silver daisy spacer, one red round bead, one silver daisy spacer, one red round bead, one silver daisy spacer, and one green/red candy cane bead onto wire.
  • 5. Repeat Step 4 again.
  • 6. To finish pattern, string one silver daisy spacer, one red round bead, one silver daisy spacer, one red round bead, one silver daisy spacer, and one silver round bead onto wire.
  • 7. String remaining crimp tube and other half of clasp. Pass wire back through crimp tube. Crimp tube using crimping pliers. Cut excess wire close to crimp using wire cutters.
  • Tip
  • 1. Make sure the crimp tube is tight against the last bead to ensure you don't have any slack in the wire for a great fit for your bracelet.
